To register your students, please have the following paperwork available:

1. Copy of student's birth certificate

2. Copy of student's social security card

3. Withdrawal form from prior school

4. Copy of parent's driver's license

5. Proof of residency

6. Guardianship papers, if applicable

7. Any court orders, if applicable

When registering your child, please be sure to indicate whether the following applies to your child:

1. Special Ed (There will be additional paperwork 

   given to you if this is the case).

2. 504
