•  Be responsible. (Be prepared for each class day.)

Requirements:

•  Prepare for class by doing every assignment.

•  Notes will be on the board or overhead each day when you come to class. You are responsible for this information. When you walk in the door, sit down and do it.

•  You will be required to read an AR book each six weeks. These books must be on a 6 th grade (or higher) reading level, or they must be approved by me. They must be fiction unless you receive my approval.

•  You may read one extra credit AR book each six weeks. It must meet the same requirements as the assigned AR book.

•  You will not have many daily grades, so you must do well on the assignments you are given. You will be given the opportunity to correct most assignments for a 70.

•  Late work will be accepted ONE day late for a 70 and TWO days late for a 50.
