Checklist for New Registration
- Official Birth Certificate (not a hospital copy).
- Social Security Card.
- Immunizations Record.
- Proof of BISD Residency (Utility Bill-gas, water or electric bill with physical address. Telephone, insurance, medical bills and tax statements are not acceptable).
- Current Parent/Guardian Driver's License (or other picture ID. Address must match address on utility bill.
- Completed Registration Packet.
